THE BAND
Ernie Denov - Guitar

Ernie Denov was an integral part of the flourishing music scene on Chicago’s Lincoln Avenue in the late 70’s and early 80’s, and has remained active in the club circuit ever since, playing with countless jazz, rock and fusion bands.
Being the son of the famous Chicago Symphony Orchestra percussionist Sam Denov, Ernie was exposed to music at an early age, and began to play the guitar when he was ten.
He has appeared on albums by Terry Callier, Fred Simon, Kimo Williams and Bill Porter, and has performed live with The Paul Wertico Trio, Airto Moriera, Dave Valentin, Howard Levy, Sandra Bernhardt and the Chicago theatrical production of Love, Janis, to name a few.
Ernie has led his own progressive rock-jazz fusion band Eddy (formerly Bad Dog) for the last 15 years, and plans to release a CD in the near future.
